How long do I keep access to a course?
Your access is lifetime. When we update a module, you receive the new version at no additional cost.
Which module should I start with?
Begin with a values-focused module like Value Mapping or Edges & Transitions. Mastering value and edges accelerates progress in any medium.
Are modules medium-specific?
Core modules apply to all media. Technique modules are labeled Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Gouache, or Mixed Media where relevant.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. Completing a track (a curated sequence of modules) grants a digital certificate acknowledging the skills covered.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund if you have completed less than 25% of the module and the content does not meet your needs. Contact support to request a review.
How much time should I plan per week?
Most artists practice 2–5 hours weekly. Modules are designed for 30–90 minute sessions that fit into your schedule.
Can I get critique on my work?
Select modules include rubric-based critique prompts. We periodically open cohort critiques—announcements are posted in the Catalog.
Do you have prerequisites?
Prerequisites are minimal. Each module lists recommended skills. We encourage building from values and composition before advanced color work.
How do Fallows (favorites) work?
Click “Add to Fallows” on any module in the Catalog. Your selections are saved to your browser and visible on the Fallows page.
